Hey everyone!
I'm back from Pittsburgh but I'm going to take the night off because I have a lot to catch up on. I'll be back tomorrow with some updates and a regular posting.
The week was great but I'm entirely exhausted. I love going to new places and meeting new people but I'm also happy to be back and with Toly again.
I absorbed so much this week and feel so energized to go back to work and use many of the empowering practices I learned.
I also had the pleasure of meeting a great group of people who share the same passions and purpose as me. Always a win.
