Few Words For a Friday

Hey!

This will be short because I've got warm cookies waiting and we are about to watch a movie.

Just a little recap of this Friday in few words.

Insanity

Breakfast

2 Kashi Blueberry Waffles, Pumpkin Yogurt, Banana, Pom Seeds, Granola, Agave

Disclaimer: Has anyone noticed that Kashi has brought back their waffles?  I used to get the Blueberry waffles ALL the time and then they suddenly stopped making them.  Now they are back, but on the package it says "New!"  Too bad they taste just the same.  Gosh I missed them.

We are staying at Toly's parents house this weekend because they are out of town.  Toly picked up dinner at Wegmans.

 Salad

 Crab Stuffed Tilapia (for him)

 Pesto Tilapia (for me)

Totally forgot to take a picture of everything else.  Apparently I was hungry!

The rest of the plate was filled with roasted veggies (brussels, carrots and parsnips)

Now back to those cookies…..

  5. Hi Lauren! I am just curious how your new year's resolution to gain weight is going since you are doing morning AND evening workouts. I am also trying to gain a few pounds, and was wondering how all that exercise is affecting you. Do yo have to eat a lot more to see an upward trend on the scale? I love working out, but I can't decide if for the time being it might be better to hold back a bit. Thoughts?

Ooo girl those cookies sound so tasty!! :D At first when I read the insanity part I was like whoa that's quite a start to her day lol, but then I remembered you talking about the workout called "insanity" hahaha!
