Another weekend down, another week started.  Is December really almost over?

I woke up ready to face the world but not so ready to face the brutal winter winds.  It was a rough one today but I somehow managed.

Breakfast was another oatmeal, yogurt, cereal combo bowl.  All of my favorite foods into one meal.  This is why breakfast will always be my favorite.

Banana Whipped Oatmeal, Raisin Bran, Greek Yogurt, Banana Peanut Butter, Bananas, Blueberries, Piece of a Banana Muffin

Why limit myself to just one of these wonderful foods?  Just a little of each and this turns out to be such a delectable breakfast.  Try it please!!!

My coffee kind of looks like hot chocolate and it might as well be with my new obsession, Mint Chocolate Silk steamed.  It's like a fancy cafe au late.

At work today, we had our Holiday Department Luncheon which was organized by myself.  For the food, I ordered from The Olive Garden and everyone brought it appetizers and desserts.  It was a wonderful feast!

After work, it was my usual gym time.  I ran on the treadmill for 6 miles and rushed home to make dinner.

Salmon Burgers

Tj's Salmon Burger, Spinach, Sprouts, Honey Mustard, Cranberry Mustard, Pickles

I was not feeling sweet potato fries which I originally was planning but I was feeling roasted brussels sprouts and green beans.  To me, sometimes these taste better than fries.

And that is all I have for today.

Does anyone else have anything more interesting to tell than I did?

  7. We ate Brussel Sprouts for dinner too! I can't believe how cold it is across much of the US right now. We are still quite balmy in Austin, so I'm sending warm thoughts your way! I finished my first semester of grad school today...so we celebrated with a great dinner and a movie! Thank you for sharing this with me. I hope you have a joyful week, my friend!
