Day By Numbers

The number hours sleep I got last night because I was so sucked into the crazy season finale of Grey's Anatomy.  Wow, was anyone else as amazed as I was?

The number of miles I ran this morning.  So happy I only had 3 miles on tap.  My legs were feeling pretty heavy after 25 miles this week. 

The number of minutes I spent in complete bliss while doing Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown, which I LOVED!  I really enjoyed the pace of this workout.  It was entirely therapeutic and relaxing but at the same time it kept your heart rate up and was constant movement.  Definitely one of the hardest yoga workouts I have done! 

The number of current nut butter jars open in my house.  Not one of these would be a regular jar of Peanut Butter either.  I am only making this assumption because I overheard someone today say how embarrassed they were that they had 2 different kinds of Peanut Butter opened in their pantry.  Haha, I can't remember the last time I only had 2 jars open at one time. 

Jar #6 went on today's yogurt cereal bowl, Mr. Mighty Maple! 

1/4 Cup Raisin Bran, 1/4 Cup Oatmeal Squares, 1/2 Banana, Blueberries, Blueberry Oikos, Flax, Mighty Maple

Pineapple with Cottage Cheese

The number of dollars I spent on this awesome new Starbucks reusable insulated cup which made my Grande Iced Coffee with Soy taste so much better. Worth every penny! 

The number of pics I have of my lunch because I went out with some co-workers and forgot to bring in my camera.  

The number of hours I worked today.  All fantastic hours, but I was pooped when I got home.

The amount of love I have for this man for making dinner and having it ready for his tired and hungry wife when she got home. 

The number of Veggies Burgers I have left after consuming the 2nd to last one at tonight's meal. Time to restock.

The minutes it took for me to make this delicious plate disappear. 

The hours I have left until Friday Night Lights and Fro Yo with the boys! :) 



  1. I've been getting 10 hours of sleep every night and wake up exhausted. Ohhhh boy. I feel like a lump on a log!

    I've been eyeing that Starbucks reusable mug for weeks now. WEEKS. I WANT IT!

  2. I am averaging 5-6 hours a night of sleep...I have to step that up! Its hard to always keep running on the minimal sleep. I love those mugs from bucks- they are so so cute. Glad you had such a good day! And how sweet of the man to make you such an incredible looking dinner. Loving the looks of that grilled corn (YUM!) Have a good weekend <3
